Gerald D. Hines Water wall park is one of Houston, Texas's most photographed site, it is a fountain in the shape of a wall that has water rushing on the inside and outside. The fountain uses recycled water and pumps 78,500 gallons of water every three hours. The little 3-acre park is used for strolling and picnicking by many families in the area. The lush green space can be used for free play. Visitors can get a little sprinkle in the Summers. The park was previously known as Williams water wall due to adjacent Williams tower, but the it was later named after architect, Gerald D. Hines.

Things to Do

• The water wall is among the most photographed site, so don't forget to bring your camera, it is a pleasant site even at night time.
• The wall is a 64-foot semi-circular fountain that circulates 11,000 gallons of water per minute.
• The public park is full of oak trees and benches, families can enjoy a picnic in the park.
• Plenty of space for children to enjoy free play, however playing soccer and riding bikes is prohibited.
• Kids and adults can go near the water feature, enjoy some sprinkle and don't worry about getting wet.
