Are you looking for a place to take the kids for some fun outdoor play? Thrasher Park is your best choice when in Norcross! Both kids and parents love the playground complete with slides, swings, and climbing structures that are suitable for toddlers and older children. Thrasher Park is also a popular venue for concerts, community events, and gatherings. Other amenities include an amphitheater, gazebos, pavilion, and restrooms.
Things to Do
- Bring your family and ride bikes to Thrasher Park. Bike racks are available for your convenience. Take the kids straight to the cushioned play area where they can run, swing, and climb structures. The equipment here are new and unique compared to other playgrounds. It's perfect for both small and big kids too!
- Pack a bag of food and drinks and when the kids get hungry, head on over to one of the picnic tables. You may use the gazebos too! There are plenty of shaded spots in the park where you can roll out a blanket and lay under the trees. Haven't brought any snacks? Don't worry! Shops and restaurants are a walking distance from the park.
- Concerts are held every Friday night. Join the community for a night of singing and dancing. Farmers' market are also held here on Tuesdays.

- There's plenty of parking but on days with scheduled events (such as Fridays), it will be better to come early to secure a parking slot.
