The Muny, also known as The Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis, is a fantastic venue for you and your family to enjoy theater productions in St. Louis, Missouri. Like many of St. Louis' most popular attractions, The Muny is located in Forest Park.

When full, The Muny has seating for 11,000 people with over a tenth of these seats (those in the last rows) being available free of charge. A huge number of shows have been performed on this stage and the very first performances were by Luther Ely Smith in 1914. The first performance on the current site of The Muny was a production "As You Like It", taking place in 1916.

Over the years, The Muny has staged all types of productions from operas, musicals, comedies, dramas. There's bound to be something that you and your family will enjoy!
