Snoqualmie Falls is located near Seattle, WA and is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the country, the water fall is located in a park with a viewing area that gives great views of the fall. The waterfall is very popular among the tourists, at the top of the falls on the mountains is Salish Lodge, the restaurant in the lodge gives nice views of the water fall. The falls are historically named after the Snoqualmie Indian tribe, the word means a "moon". The falls are used as electric power generation source, the first ever power plant was constructed at the falls in 1898.

  • The famous 270 foot waterfall is a stunning sight, the observation deck or the viewing area is open to visitors from Dawn until Dusk.
  • You can have pleasant views of the falls from the viewing platform, snacks are available on site.
  • You can hike the interpretive trail near the falls, the trail educates about the local flora and fauna and is pet-friendly.
  • You can visit the visitor center and the gift shop, you can visit the historical Snoqualmie town nearby that has a train museum and nice restaurants.
