Rocketown & Sixth Avenue Skatepark

Activity Overview

Rocketown is known as a big event space in Nashville. Aside from holding conferences and concerts, The place is also home to an indoor skateboarding facility, Sixth Avenue Skatepark. Bikes (BMX) and inline skates are also allowed in the skatepark. Make sure to bring a helmet with you. Note that for kids and minors under the age of 18, guardians need to sign a waiver in front of Skatepark staff or if not possible, bring a notarized and signed waiver with you.

Things to Do

  • Take the kids for a trial skate session for only $8 per 3hr-session. Session starts every 3 hours from the opening time. If you come in the middle of the session, you can pay $5 for the remainder of the session.
  • If your kids like it and are showing potential in the sport, you might want to consider enrolling him in a summer camp or private/group lessons.
  • Check out their site for promos such as the Report Card Session. When kids get straight A's or B's in their report cards, they get one session for free!
  • On your kid's next birthday, book the skatepark for a birthday party package inclusive of a party set-up, pizza, and drinks. Book a skateboard instructor for an added fee.
