My kids love cereal but hate when it gets soggy. For Christmas I got them the Obol and let me tell you that we all love it! You can use it for more than just cereal. My kids eat cereal more now that they can control how much cereal goes into the milk with the special design of the bowl - one section is for the dry stuff and the bottom section is for the wet stuff and once you are ready to mix in the dry stuff, just sweep it in the opening.
They also want to be able to use one bowl to separate chips and salsa instead of mushing it all into one and having things get mixed up. The obol works perfectly to separate the two yet is easy to hold with it's special handle on the bottom. We also use this to separate snacks - top is for candy and bottom is for popcorn for movie night, cookies on top and then dip it in the milk on the bottom etc. We also used this for chili too - chili on the bottom and the toppings on top. Just be sure to wash the bowl right after putting chili in it or else it will stain.
