The Music Trolley Hop makes it easy to see many of Music City's major attractions. Jump onto their charming trolley buses and be taken stop by stop around the city's highlights including the Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium and Bicentennial Park. As you are taken around you will be treated to interesting facts and entertaining anecdotes by your driver who doubles up as the trip's guide. You are free to get off at any stop you like which certainly cuts down on the amount of walking you have to do! You can get tickets online, at the Riverfront Train Station or at the trolley booth which is located at the corner of 5th and Demonbreun.
Things to Do
- Music fans will take particular interest in two of the stops along the route. The Country Music Hall of Fame is a must see for fans of country as it is dedicated to the very best of the best. Also of interest in the Ryman Auditorium the famous home of the Grand Ole Opry radio show. Another place of cultural interest along the way is the First Center for the Visual Arts, one of the city's principal art museums.
- Many of the stops are not really within walking distance of each other making the tour ideal for those who are keen on covering a lot of ground. For example the Parthenon, Nashville's full scale replica of the great Athens' temple which was built in 1897 to form a part of the Tennessee Centennial Exposition is quite a way out west from downtown and is made much easier to visit with the Trolley Hop.

- Though they provide a very useful service there have been criticisms of Music City Trolley Hop for not having enough trolleys to pick up people and for taking too long to pick people up from stops. Before buying your ticket find out how long you should expect to wait for the next trolley at stops along the way.
