I actually picked these up by accident - but I am so glad that I did. I saw a display of caramels in near the apples this fall and grabbed a bag. You know these caramels, the bag od individually wrapped cubes? Well - upon arriving at checkout - I looked at the bag and thought I had gotten chick peas or something instead.
Then I realized these were new! Carmel Bits! Unwrapped little carmel balls perfect for melting and for making caramel apples! (Or just eating - a bit more dangerous without the wrapper to dissuade you though.)
Anyway - these little things melt great and it just saves that extra 50 steps of having to unwrap all the caramels first. Genius!
Had to share - it's apple season, after all.
