Activity Overview

It's the beautiful vista of Seattle and the sound which draw people to Kerry Park time and time again. From this small green patch just over an acre in size, you are treated to a spectacular view of a fabulous cityscape. The city's Space Needle towers above all else as you look upon downtown. Further out and you see the beautiful Puget Sound. Aside from this main attraction there is also a half basketball court and a kids play area.

  • Don't forget your camera when you make a visit here! This spot is beloved by the city's professional photographers and amateur snappers alike. Once you arrive you will quickly realize why. During the day you receive an unparalleled view over the city while at night the lights sparkle and shimmer guaranteeing an impressive photo.
  • Thanks to the romantic view and its reputation as an iconic spot in Seattle Kerry Park is often used for wedding ceremonies or for taking photos afterwards. Kerry Park Insider Tips

  • One of the Park's outstanding features is the steel sculpture entitled Changing Form. Designed by Doris Totten Chase it was installed in 1971 and measures 15 feet high. Be sure if you are a photographer to take advantage of this in photos of the city's skyline.
