Jell-O Scented Fun Dough

Stimulate your senses by making and playing with this neat Jell-O scented Fun Dough. Children of all ages will enjoy squeezing, rolling, molding and shaping this dough that smells as sweet as the time you will spend playing with it together.

This scented dough can be stored in a plastic baggie and kept in the refrigerator for several uses. Be sure to have an adult supervise this concoction, as it required cooking on the stove.

Materials Needed

• 2 cups of flour
• 2 cups of lukewarm water
• 2 tablespoons of salt
• 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 6 ounces of Jell-O mix
• a stove
• a pot
• a wooden spoon

How to Make It

1. Add Water and Oil to a pot and warm over medium heat.
2. Add the jell-o and stir well.
3. Gradually add all of the dry ingredients while stirring constantly.
4. When the mixture starts to form a doughy ball, remove from heat.
5. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes and then manipulate the dough.
