Grass Lawn Park is a popular green area that features many sports fields along with children's play areas. Whether it be people out playing soccer and baseball or others simply going for a walk there is always plenty of life at Grass Lawn. Aside from all that there is a great playground which the local children love.
Things to Do
- If you are an active, sporty person you should find plenty to interest you at Grass Lawn Park. All the play fields here are in great condition and there is excellent variety. The most popular field is the lighted soccer pitch which has a running track around its perimeter. The tennis courts are also lighted and include a wall with a half court where you can practice solo. Basketball courts, baseball diamonds, walking and fitness trails can also be found in the 28 acre park.
- Grass Lawn is home to a wonderful set of playgrounds which get a lot of use from parents with their kids. They includes slides and a play equipment targeted at different age groups. There is also a water play area which is open to all in summer and climbing rocks which the kids can scramble over.
Grass Lawn Park Insider Tips
- The Grass Lawn Park Dome has a capacity for 75 people and is available for rent for half days or full days from the start of April until the beginning of September. It is also possible to rent game and sports equipment. You can find more information and rental rates here.
