First Christian Church of Decatur Community Park features a children's play ground and picnic pavilions. The community park in Decatur, GA has open areas to play for the children and lots of play equipment. People can donate toys to the playground that many children can play with. The 1.3 acres of little community park was developed with the help of donations, the park land was a gift to the community by the first Christian church of Decatur. The park is open everyday for free play from Dawn until Dusk.

• People who visit the park can donate toys and other play equipment that their kids don't use anymore, all kids visiting the park can play with those toys.
• Families can have picnic in the picnic pavilion after the kids are done playing. Pavilions cannot be reserved in advance.
• The community park hosts many events, including movie nights, spring and fall carnivals, and many children's activities.
• The park has play equipment such as slides, climbing structures, swings and more. There are really nice used toys, such as play houses, push toys, ride toys, bikes and much more.
