Activity OverviewThe Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden was originally home to Edwin Percy Gamble son of the co-founder of Procter & Gamble, and his family. From the early 1900's Edwin and his sons and daughters lived here; his daughter Elizabeth spent the longest time on the estate and cultivated a beautiful Garden which became renowned in the community. She donated the entire grounds to the city of Palo Alto before her death and now the garden is in the hands of the Elizabeth F. Gamble Garden non-profit foundation. They have made this beautiful, peaceful garden available to all. Things to Do
