Activity Overview

The DeCordova Sculpture Park, encompassing 35 acres of rolling woodlands and lawns, is the largest park of its kind in New England. It's a popular site for families and picnickers. The Museum houses rotating exhibitions of contemporary art both indoor and out making it a fun and creative place to roam about.

Things to Do

The Sculpture Park contains beautifully landscaped lawns, forests, fields, gardens, and terraces on a rolling site along the shore of Flint’s Pond; at any given time, approximately 65 sculptures are on display. Climbing is not permitted.

The open spaces amid the sculptures and trees are a perfect place to spread a blanket and enjoy a picnic lunch with friends or family. Please be sure to clean up after yourself.

Take advantage of one of the many family programs offered at deCordova throughout the year. deCordova offers engaging, fun, and informative programming designed for families to see, experience, and learn about art together.
