Davenport Park in St. Augustine Florida is a wonderful park with play structure that is fully handicapped accessible. The play structure in Davenport was funded by a non-profit organization in memory of Kourtney Nicole Schmidt, the play area is known as Kourtney's corner. Davenport park features an antique carousel that children can ride for $1. The park has a nice playground area and a picnic area covered by tree shade. Adjacent to the park is St. John's County public library. The park's playground and the carousel are open all year round for kids to play in.

• The playground in Davenport Park is a safe and fenced area for kids to play in all through the day. It has climbing structures, swings and slides, Kourtney's corner is a handicapped accessible play area.
• Plenty of space for kids to run around in the park, wheelchairs can be taken to the Kourtney's corner that has a ramp and a play structure.
• The antique old-school carousel ride is a joy for kids, it only costs $1 per ride. The carousel was built in 1927 and gifted to Davenport park in 1994.
• Families can bring lunch and enjoy a picnic at the shaded picnic areas, the picnic area has tables.
• Concession stands sell snacks and drinks.
