Activity Overview
Cottonwood Farm is a family farm located near Boulder, Colorado, approximately 25 miles northwest of Denver. Each year, the farm opens in late September to sell pumpkins and other fall produce as well as entertain families with their corn maze and friendly farm animals. They also sell Christmas trees in the winter and locally-grown bedding plants to help freshen up your garden each spring.

Things to Do
- Visit during their Halloween Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival. Attractions include a corn maze, a pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins, hay rides, and farm animals like Bentley the miniature horse!
- Watch your little ones as they run around the straw bale maze - this kid-friendly maze features two platforms where parents can watch from above and take photos of all the action.
- Don't miss the steam engine! Steve the engineer will tell you all about this fascinating piece of machinery that dates back to the early 1900s, and if you're lucky you'll get to see it in action too.

- Eager to buy a live Christmas tree this year? Stop by Cottonwood Farm in December to pick up a big fir tree to decorate your home. Trees between 6 and 7 feet generally cost between $48 and $70.
