Activity Overview

Spend a fun day with the family at Cochituate State Park and enjoy many water based recreational activities, the park is located near Boston in Natick, MA. Families can enjoy boating, swimming and water skiing in the many lakes in the park. The park is very popular during the Summers, especially the weekends, therefore limited parking space is available during those days. There are walking trails in the park as well as picnic spots, and many amenities for the families. The park is open all year round and from Dawn to Dusk.

Things to Do

• Families love to visit the park for boating, wind surfing and fishing in the lakes inside the park, there are three major lakes in the park.
• All three lakes can be used for boating and swimming, boat ramps are available for launching boats.
• A fishing license might be required for fishing on the lakes. You can also use canoe and kayaks.
• Walking trails let you explore the surrounding forest and wildlife. Picnic is allowed on the beach.
• For grilling you can bring your own or use the charcoal grill on site in the picnic areas.
