- This museum is not stroller friendly. If you have an infant with you, I would recommend using a baby carrier.
- Bring a picnic lunch. There is no food on site except for vending machines, but there is a picnic area to enjoy some down time.
- Check your local library for Museum Passes available on a first come first serve basis.
- Discounts are available for corporate employees around the Hartford area. Call the museum to check if the company that you work for is one of them for great savings on daily passes and memberships.
- Admission to the planetarium is not included in admission. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk for $5 and must be purchased within 15 minutes before the next show begins.
