Activity Overview

Carnegie Science Center opened in 1991 and helped to fulfill the dream Andrew Carnegie had in the 1800’s, to share the world of art and science with the everyday man. The Carnegie Science Center today offers four floors of interactive exhibits that are geared for all ages—from the smallest scientists to adults!

Carnegie Science Center Insider Tips

• Parking can be found in three different locations: one directly in front of our building, one across the street from the main parking lot, and one adjacent to Sprout Way by the Rivers Casino. A parking attendant can direct you if you need help finding the lots. Cost for parking is $5, and members enjoy discounted parking at a $3 fee
• Discounts offered include: A student discounts with a valid student ID, military discounts with valid military ID, and discounts for those with Pennsylvania Access cards and photo ID
• There is the Riverview Café for your dining enjoyment
